Join the Countryside Worship Team

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for our worship experiences at Countryside Christian Church! Our musicians and vocalists serve various ministries of our church, from Countryside Youth to Countryside YA, as well as our campus weekend experiences. We wouldn’t be able to do any of this without our serve teams!

Our audition process contains four steps: Submit Video Audition, Live Audition, Interview, Onboarding.  Being a part of the Countryside Worship team is not about showcasing ability, but about serving. We follow the model that Jesus came to serve, not to be served. In that, we want to get to know more about you and make sure that you would fit in with our team well! From there we will begin and complete the formal audition process, all the steps are detailed below. After that we will begin the onboarding process and get you plugged in to one of our teams as soon as possible!

Audition Preparation

All instrumentalists & vocalists are asked to prepare the
corresponding songs for their audition. Use this link to find the corresponding practice tracks, and chord charts for these songs, and use them to your advantage as you prepare for your upcoming audition!

Countryside Auditions

1. VIDEO AUDITIONS:
Please create a video of you playing with a click track. You can download practice tracks using the link in the previous section.

2. LIVE AUDITIONS:
Schedule your in-person audition with your campus worship pastor. Please attach your video audition in the form.

What To Bring:
Drummers and keyboardists will use the Countryside Christian Church stage drums and keyboard. All guitarists and bassists will need to bring their corresponding instruments. In addition, you will need to bring a pair of in-ear monitors or headphones to use during your audition.

What Comes Next:
We will review your audition and evaluate any possible and relevant opportunities on our team. You will receive a follow-up via email from a member of our team with your next steps.
