Glenn Davis has served as the Lead Pastor of Countryside Christian Church since 2010, providing inspiring leadership and teaching. He has been a part of Countryside since its founding in 1981 and, alongside his wife, Elaine, has dedicated his life to the church and its congregation. Married since 1989, Glenn and Elaine have three children and five grandchildren. Glenn is also the author of Ordinary Guy, Extraordinary God, and he is known for his powerful and engaging messages.

As the Lead Executive Pastor of Countryside Christian Church, Andrew Davis provides strategic leadership and supports the vision of leading people to become fully dedicated followers of Jesus. Born and raised in Countryside, Andrew has a deep passion for serving the church and its community. He and his wife, Anna, have been married since 2015 and are proud parents of three children. A talented and multifaceted communicator, Andrew engages audiences with authenticity and clarity.

Pastor Tim O’Fallon began attending Countryside in high school during the 1980s when the church met on the 12th floor of an office building. Since 2000, he has served in various roles, including Young Adults, Men’s, and executive ministries. Now, he also leads the Countryside New Hope Palm Harbor Campus. Married in 2004 by Pastor Glenn, Tim and Thalia (Director of Preschooler Ministries) have three children and are devoted to loving, serving, and leading others to follow Jesus.
